Description
Unlock a bike with your phone to explore Milan
BikeMi is the bike sharing service of Milan Municipality.
Born to encourage the mobility of citizens and city users, bikeMi is easy, practical and ecological.
A real public transport service to be used for short trips, that combines innovation, design and sustainability.
The fleet is composed by bicycles with muscle pedaling, pedal assisted and with child seat. Choose your subscription and start your ride.
Use the app to find the stations near you and to unlock a bicycle, you can ride up to 2 hours.
You can save your trips into the Apple Health app so you'll get credited for the effort, if you're into that kind of thing. Give Health access via the account view within the app.
Enjoy the the city and respect the environment.

Ratings and Reviews
Awesome software, but not the best bikes
The software was smooth and flawless. Quick response times, maps and inventory availability, and “talking to the bikes”, but the hardware can be improved. These bikes were heavy and more difficult to maneuver than bikes in other cities around the world. Still very positive experience and will continue to use now that I have the experience!
Old Crappy Bikes & Terrible App
Many of the bikes are old, heavy, and have something wrong. The e-bikes are decent when they are actually charged...which is not often enough. And, they don’t have enough e-bikes to meet the demand. When you bring back the bike, the app takes FOREVER to register the bike back... so be prepared to wait at least five minutes after. And my biggest complaint is... that when you take a bike and notice in the ride something is wrong and park it at another dock - they make you “wait a few minutes” before taking another. Seriously?!? It’s incredibly frustrating and stressful when you use the bikes to commute to the office. They need to do better!
Good but keep improving
