FENIX is an everyday app with a mission to unleash urban potential and propel communities forward!
Consumers have the convenience and flexibility to choose from a range of mobility options from the FENIX platform, using the inclusive FENIX Pay wallet while earning loyalty perks through the FENIX Rewards program.
Using the FENIX app, consumers can hail a FENIX Taxi, rent shared e-scooters and e-bikes, subscribe to personal MyRIDE e-scooters.
FENIX offers electric micro-mobility services including pay-per-trip electric scooter / bike rentals and personal e-scooter subscriptions in 5 countries and 13 cities in the Greater Middle East.
FENIX Taxi:
Hail a Taxi with the FENIX app when you need it. Use your FENIX Pay wallet to earn FENIX Rewards with every ride, and get bonus scooter rides with each Taxi ride.
FENIX Ride:
Unleash your potential and discover your city with FENIX Ride - our e-scooter and e-bike rentals service. Choose faster, more affordable and better connected journeys with FENIX allowing you to reach your destination in the smartest way you can. Simply download the app, choose your ride, scan to unlock your ride and hop on.
There are three electric scooters/bikes to choose from, depending on your mood or personality type, each in a fun and bright colour: Bumblebee, Fireball and Spirit!
With FENIX Ride, you can:

- Travel on shorter trips for less money than a taxi

We rented 2 scooters with them for 1 week at a great price, we ended up extending it and they accommodated. They were very responsive and always sent a representative to us when we had any difficulties. We will definitely rent from Fenix again on our next trip to Dubai.!
Rides don’t end at the time chosen
When I decided to end my ride, it took like seven minutes to respond than the actual time of end order which costed me double the amount that I wanted to pay

Not recommend!
It's not working for ride but it's working for take your money!
-Fake map
Most of the times scooters pin on map are fake!
- Slow in app Fast at bank!
When you unlock the bike(if you be successful) the timer start but the app is frozen for afew minutes! So the time process from unlock to ride wil cost you around 5tl just bcz the app is frozen,
-Lucky to move!
If you be lucky to find the bike and lucky to unlock and lucky to start the bike will not move half of the times!!!! It's like the brake will not release for move! I tried to do it again but not fixed!
- beware for your behind cars!
I was riding the bike with the average speed and I know how much speed is average! But he bike start brake at moment and the bwhond car almost closed to kill me! No notice to brake! And the limit is bcz the ride price be more!
!!! I use everyday the scooters for work and I have to try all the days!!!
