Map doesn’t show hubs during ride

Once you’ve unlocked a bike, and want to find a docking station to return it to, the App won’t show you where there are hubs. This is really aggravating if you aren’t returning the bike to the same starting location, and they charge you an extra $1 for locking the bike at a non-hub location.

Connectivity issues?

UPDATED REVIEW:
First about my previous comment on cancellations - much better now!
However I have experienced SO MANY problems recently. Bikes that the app says are unlocking but don’t. Bikes that appear on the app but won’t allow you to access/reserve. App repeatedly signing me out of my account, then telling me I have the wrong password when I try to sign back in. (When I know I have the correct password because it tells me I can’t “reuse” the password when I go to reset.) All could be related to connectivity? But extremely frustrating. About to give up on my beloved blue bikes :(
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’ll start by saying I love this service and the app generally works well. Occasionally something unusual happens where a bike won’t unlock or isn’t where it appears on the map. This isn’t really a huge problem except that if I have to cancel the reservation for one of the aforementioned reasons it takes FOREVER. During that time I can’t reserve a new bike, or even see the map to find my next option. I’m sure there’s a good reason for it but wish cancellation could be made faster!

Great way to get around

Easy-to-use, convenient, and an excellent way to see a new city. Bicycling around verdant Eugene made a good trip even better.
